Cooking method FREEKEH ( Cooking ): * Wash a suitable amount of FREEKEH carefully then put it aside in a strainer. * Boil well adequate quantity of meat or chicken. * Put the FREEKEH with little ghee or butter in a pan on middle fire and keep turning over. * Add salt and spices up to required taste. * Add the soup on FREEKEH with volumes two cups of soup to one cup of FREEKEH. * Keep cooking on calm fire for 30 minutes. * Then serve FREEKEH in a big plate putting the meat or chicken on the top. Then put roasted almond or pine on the top. Preparing Steps FREEKEH ( Soup ): * Grind the FREEKEH to middle sizes then wash carefully and put the quantity in the cooking pan or steam pan. * Add the meat or chicken soup, two cups FREEKEH to three cups soup. * Add salt and spices, as you like. * Boil on calm fire about 30 minutes or 15 minutes if using steam pan. * After that pour the FREEKEH soup in big bowl, then serve in small bowls.
